Hi, I’m Bethany, the owner and founder of Basil & Poppy Designs, LLC. I have a beloved dog named Basil and I have always loved poppy flowers, so I combined the two, even in my logo. The poppy is a cartoonized iteration of a poppy painting I did, and I also created the image of the basil leaves to come together to represent my heart.

I have always been crafty, but this journey all started with a trip amongst coworkers and friends, when we decided to make custom shirts for the trip. One member of the group had a heat press, which inspired me to buy my own, which then led to a Cricut, which then led to establishing a company to sell my ideas and designs.

Basil & Poppy Designs is a passion project and more of a hobby to use my creative energy to create designs and products.
